My family has always brought our pets to see Dr. Cannon. The staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They run a clean shop with affordable prices.

I am upset at how my pet was cared for at this clinic. I had my pet neutered, and micro-chipped at Argonne Village Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, WA. When I got him back his nails had been cut too short. The spot where they injected the micro-chip was bloody and unclean. I found out, at the time of pick up, I paid $25 dollars to have the micro-chip put in; now I have to pay an additional $25-$30 dollars to have the information put in to my name. They did not proactively give this information up even though I asked for all information for the procedures and care that would be provided. I just paid a good bit of money to have my animal taken care of and I don't believe it was done properly. I will not be doing anymore business with this company EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I am now nervous for my animals safety and well being because I am unsure of their practices. I do not wont to see another animal get treated the same way. I'm writing this do to the fact that I can not get anyone to listen to me on my concerns at this time. I will be consulting other avenues on my beloved animals rights.
