I love the Springfield Animal Hospital. The staff and doctors here are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My animals have been receiving the best care here for over 13 years and I recommend to everyone. Many thanks to the Springfield animal hospital for all they do. My animals are a part of my family and the people at Springfield Animal Hospital treat them like they're a part of theirs too!

Dr. Tony and his staff have been treating my cats since 1990 and they have always been great. Exams are always thorough and the doctors never make you feel like they are rushing - they take a lot of time at each visit to make sure that they have been thorough and that all of my questions have been answered. We have always been very happy with the care we have received here and the professionalism of the office. They have always been great with emergencies too, even very late at night. We love Dr. Tony and the rest of the staff!

The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients! They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

They are see rabbits and refused service after my vet told me to contact them. I have a emergency and because they were the only ones in my area that deals with rabbits and the refused to see my rabbit she passed away! I would not recommend anyone to this vet clinic! If anything they need to be sued for malpractice!

I have been coming to the Springfield Animal Hospital for 10 years now and I simply don't trust anyone else with my pets! I don't feel that other Animal Hospitals closer to me are as thorough and passionate about what they do, that is why I travel farther to come here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; I love going in and seeing the familiar faces and giving updates on my cats and dog. They really care about their clients both people and animals!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

We've taken our animals to Springfield Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have been extremely satisfied with the caliber of service and caring for our dog, cat and birds. Our dog Jack in particular had a very sensitive gastrointestinal tract that required ongoing care. The very knowledgeable vets never took anything for granted; they listened carefully to us at each visit to understand how Jack was doing and offer any guidance, if needed. We had to put our beloved cat Puddin' down after 17 years, and the compassionate support we received to do that was invaluable. I was so moved when a few weeks later I received Puddin's pawprint in plaster of paris for us to remember her by. It makes me cry now to think of it! You won't find a better place to care for your animals than Springfield Animal Hospital.
