No, they definitely favor certain clients

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

WONDERFUL vet! Dr. Zehle and staff are all friendly, professional, and obviously love animals. This was the best vet experience I've had in Vermont! I had taken in my cat for teeth cleaning and an exam after being recommended by a friend, and was worried about the anesthesia, and they couldn't have been nicer in alleviating my worries. She explained every different price option, and answered every question I had. They also called to follow up to see how my cat was doing. They really care, and it shows. Lovely, clean location also. I recommend them highly!
