I have used this group for about 20 years and always been pleased. The prices are great and so are the staff and the doctors!!! I recently had to put my cat of 14 years to sleep. It was hard and we had tried everything. The staff was very supportive as well as the doctor. They even sent me a card after. That says a lot.

I have for the most of my experiences here been pleased. However one of my pets has been diagnosised three times of unspecified health issues due to being overweight. When I offered a suggestion to a possible problem, I felt dismissed and returned to the issue of weight. She is overweight but has not gained additional weight, in fact has lost some weight. I have since discovered that my concerns were valid and it was not weight related. It is difficult to know what to do for a beloved sick pet but I will listen to my instincts and better assert that my suggestion be given more serious consideration in the future. They do care for animals and the vets come across as cold but I imagine they have numbed themselves to some horrible things that animals endure. The staff is pleasant and caring, I especially enjoy the bubbling personality of Mary who I often see at the desk.
