Excellent service even dealing with Covid. Assistants were all very pleasant and Dr, Sullivan was very thorough in going over my dogs exam and als a very pleasant person

When I livedin Front Royal 12 yrs ago I took my cats to see Dr. Sullivan. Now I am back in Front Royal and I will be taking my dog and cat to Dr. Sullivan also. She is great with animals.

Dr. Sullivan and her staff are top notch. The quality of care is outstanding. Dr. Sullivan and her staff go over and above taking their time to explain things in lay man terms and making sure you leave with all the knowledge necessary to properly care for you pet. They are always available for follow-up phone calls to answer questions. The kindness and care shown by Dr. Sullivan and her staff reflects their true dedication and love of animals in their quest to bring each patient (dog or cat) the best care possible.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to my pets and I when it was our turn. They made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention was on my pets and I when it was our turn and they didn't take personal calls during my appointment.
