called because my cat was trying to deliver and could not...quoted six hundred dollars ($600.00) up front ... did not have ...became upset... knew they had worked with others on payments... as a result my cat had to be put down ... took her to the other local vet... DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO RISINGERS VET. CLINIC IN TERRELL, TX!!!
