very professional and caring. the folks at Ark will treat your pet like their own. they take care of my parrot and small dogs. wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. after hours emergency care is second to none !

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
