There has been a huge turnover in staff, I hardly recognize anybody anymore. Definitely a sign of change. Compassion is gone too. Since the expansion of the clinic things are different. It is just a money making making machine where they nickel and dime you to death. Can you believe $2 extra charge for needle disposal. Ridiculous. The vets are never available when you need them - go elsewhere and save your money. The vaccine prices go up and up, the compassion for your pets is no longer shown its just give me your money and go. I wouldn't recommend them! Go elsewhere where love and compassion is shown 24/7. Lobby was covered in dog hair and smelled. I'd give them 1/2 a star instead of one but the system wouldn't allow it.

Yes, I was left alone too long

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
Yes, my pet almost died because of it
Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Absolutely not, they were disgusting and smelled so bad!
