Before purchasing a kangaroo from Kathy Cranmore, I would demand a blood test. In 2022. I purchased a kangaroo Joey from her who ended up dying within four months. The necropsy revealed that he had genetic liver disease. Financially, it was a devastating hit to us as we spent thousands to try to keep him alive only to realize from the necropsy that he was doomed to eventually die.. this assessment came not only from the three pathologist who worked on this poor little boy, but from three different veterinarians, who read over the necropsy results. To make matters even worse, Csthy Cranmore. Never even responded to the results that I sent her. Absolutely no support and obviously it is all about money for her. But then that is the reputation she has in the Kangaroos community as I have come to learn.

I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay.
