He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They really take care of boarding Maggie and Senior' very well and the animals are not apprehensive about going back for care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
