Do not ever board your dog here for over 3days my dog was there for a week and totally traumatized I have refused to go on vacation for 5 years after this experience totally changed vets after staff told me what incurred..!,,

The staff was great, but you could tell that they did everything. I found Dr Bowers to be completely incompetent in her medical skills and relied heavily on her staff for help. She was very cold and distant with my dog and seemed to care about my bank account more than whether or not she could help my dog. I've heard from several other people that she refused to treat their dogs, even in emergency situations, with out proof of payment up front. She's definately not the type of vet that I want working on my dog because if I ever had an emergency, she'd probably withold treatment until she got paid.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Yes, they were immaculate!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.
