Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff as they appear to be a very busy animal hospital and I am new to their practice. I think the vet himself is fine. I am not sure the office personnel reflect his attitude as much as he would like. One or two of the office staff appear to be very disinterested unless you are a long-time client. However, they handle the animals carefully and demonstrate care and compassion. My experience so far has led me to trust them and so do my pets. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Again I have to qualify that as I know they are really busy and have a very large clientele. Their other clients appear to like them a lot.

I was extremely pleased with the service at Town and Country. The office staff were friendly and efficient; the vet who took care of my dog was thorough in her examination and seemed genuinely concerned about him and me.

the staff over all was great... except one of the receptionists up front. when i called to make an appointment i could not speak because of the lady talking on the other end of the phone. she was very rude. At the time i called, my kitten was dying from an injury he sustained from an attack from a much larger male cat. the vet would not work on my animal until i showed them the cash i had for payment. i was very UNsatisified with my experience. this is the worst vet office ever! all they care about is money, they dont care about the animals. i will NEVER go back or reccomend this place to anyone!!!!!
