The first time I visited Landrum Animal was an emergency visit. It was at 5:20 in the afternoon; and although the office closed at 5:30; Dr. R and her staff stayed until 6:30 so that Nicole could be seen and given some comfort. Later on when it was time to say good-bye to Nicole, the entire staff at the hospital went way beyond what was required to help us let Nicole go to the rainbow bridge.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. I've never seen a vet that goes so above and beyond to make their patients feel appreciated. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days.

They can perform basic procedures, but not really complicated ones
