Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I guess I'll try someplace else.

Makefield Animal "hospital"???? I question the ability of this business to use the term hospital as part of their title. Lack of professionalism and an overall callousness toward the paying customer is rampent. Such behavior would never be tolerated in a true medical facility. The supportive staff assisting the vet are in dire need of a sensitivity class. They need to realize that they are employed not only to care for the animal at hand but also the human who is footing the bills while worrying about their beloved pet!!!

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

One thing that's been so annoying about Makefield Animal Hospital Incorporated, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me.

I have never experienced such unprofessional and calloused individuals in my life. Only remotely liked the vet. Kept going there because he seemed competent to give basic care required of my pets. The women who assisted in the office are cold-hearted and void of compassion. Demonstrated total disregard to consumer satisfaction. Down right rude!!! For the amount of money I have invested there over the last 15 years, I would think that in a true emergency simple compassion for the animal in need would prevail. I will make it my personal mission to dissuade others form going to Makefield Animal hospital. This is not the place to bring a "loved member of your family".
