They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

The office is now run by Doctor Jerry McDonald, no longer Doctor Bishop. Doctor McDonald is one of the best veterinarians in the area, especialy in surgery. You can tell he loves his job and his passion is animals. I called him on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and even though they are not open on the weekends he came in special because my dog was sick and needed care. Most other offices will send yoou straight to the Emergency Clinic (where you'll find yourself with incompetent staff and a thousand dollar bill).

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
