6/2019 - Took a dog there for a check up to be spayed. Very strange situation. They give you a estimate for service, but cannot give you this estimate in writing. Something seems somewhat sketchy about this whole situation. I guess that means I would give them all this money 500-700 for the surgery and not get a receipt. Proven to me and others. Its all about money - money - money. One star, is really even too much of a good review. Watch yourself people!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
