I took my dog there today and went through all the motions and while waiting in the examining room I was inform I missed an appointment back in 2006 and was told they would not look at my sick dog. They opened the door , told my dog it was nice meeting him an I left. They are more concerned about money than they are the animal.

The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

( I read the prepared response here and am using it because it's all true. My parents had an elderly dog they just adored at a time they were also having to break up their home due to ill health. It was an awful time, losing that dog. She finally died at home, but no one could have made her last days more comforable or my visits with her less heart-rending. I'm in the process of introducing our new dog to this practice. )

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

It was some of the best pricing I have seen

Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, they went above and beyond

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
