Although they are clean and well staffed with friendly ppl, I feel they are more concerned with making a buck than they are in doing the best thing for the animals. As soon as Bruce Jr. took over the business from his father it went this way. Bruce Sr. sincerely cared for the animals wellbeing. With Bruce Jr, it's "how much more can I run the bill up?" Never left that place spending less than $100 for the simplest thing. I'm not saying he doesn't know what he's doing, but there are many vets in the area that genuinely care for the animals and don't just see dollar signs when a pet owner walks in. Bruce Sr.must be rollin in his grave

Absolutely, they were an expert!

No, I don't think so

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Are you going to visit this provider again?
