The waiting area is not huge, but there is always a seat available.One of the things that I really like about this place is that they are personable and always listen. Their full attention is always on me and my cat(s) and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. A few years ago, my cat broke her hip and the vet said if he removed the ball joint, her leg would heal just fine and the scar tissue would support her, even without a hip joint. I was skeptical, but he was absolutely right. I couldn't have afforded the orthopedic surgeon in the city for the hip replacement, so having this small-town vet fix her up relatively cheaply and with such good result was a great thing. To this day, you'd never know Roswell has no hip joint. Great vet!
