They took excellent care of my dog but were a bit pricey for this area. I’m debating on whether to take him back there.

Absolutely love the people here. They have always taken very good care of my pets. The place is well set up as well. I went there today and dealt with Josh. He was very rude and I really didn't appreciate it. I will start taking my pets else where if I have to deal with him again!

They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
