My cat had an emergency requiring a trip to the emergency room in Copley.The very next day the cat was not much better and still not eating,so I tried to get him an appointment at Keystone where he has been a patient for many years.However,Keystone refused to see him because they were too busy.We had to take the cat back to the emergency room again causing further expense.In fairness,he has received good care there,but be aware that they may not make an effort to fit your pet in when there is an emergency.This incident is unacceptable to me.My cats will not be returning there.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I love this clinic. Everyone is extremely friendly. They remember my dog's name and put him at ease. Rather than force him into a position where he is uncomfortable, they will sit on the floor and get down to his level for an exam. With a near 100 pound lab, it's wonderful. When I call with a concern, they are efficient and helpful. Over past years, I've used three other veterinarians in the area and this is by far the best experience around.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
