If I could give zero stars I would, this place does not have any compassion for pet owners or animals. I had been going to this vet since my cat was a kitten. My cat is now 17 years old and is actively dying. I called them to schedule an appointment for my cat and the new office manager got on the phone and rudely told me based on a negative review I gave them back in 2022 they have decided to completely cut ties with me. So, beware. instead of them correcting whatever the issue is they would just rather cut ties with you. And I am going to go on every vet platform where I see this clinic and write a review. You have a write to refuse service even though my cat is dying I have a right to write a review.

The Animal Medical Center of Euclid is a wonderful medical center for animals. I couldn't ask for a better vet. I have different types of animals and they specialize in them all. Not only are the vets good but so is the rest of the staff. They are caring and compassionate. You can tell they really have their hearts in what they do. They have gone above and beyond my expectations when it came to helping my animals. Dr. Ramsey always takes great care of my dogs and my iguana. He takes the time to really explain everything about your animals and their health. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
