They used to be very good, but over the years they have gotten too big and you don't get the care you used to get. When you bring your pet in for a yearly check up you have to ask them to do a "check up" (heart, ears, eyes, etc..) Kevin told my son it would be easier to do the micro chip when the dog was fixed because the needle was too large and it would hurt him. That is not true. So we took him to Hope Rescue for the chip. I miss the girls they used to have at the counter. The younger ones are rude, have a gab session while you wait for them to help you and actually fight amongst themselves at the counter. Jessica is a great asset. She has been there awhile. Dr. John can't handle a dog in pain who wants to bite - very unprofessional in the way he handled himself and the situation. The vets Dr. Bob and Dr.Colby are great though. I loved the Glens Falls Hospital but the quality of care has gone downhill due to being too big now. I am thinking about moving to Countryside. The vet is alone and I'm hoping to get one on one care.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
