I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my cats health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
