It is abundantly clear to me now that Dr. Chapman has left the building, after twelve years of wonderful experience from him and his staff. Unfortunately, Dr. Weiner has left too. If I could I would upload a copy of a prescription that I received from the current doctor today, I will. But for the moment, I could just title the prescription "Trump Comes to Fayetteville." In a nutshell, after essentially being warned by the current doctor over the telephone that the cheaper online pharmacies for pet medications were 'probably from China' and of poor quality (with no specifics whatsoever from me as to exactly where I intended to place my online order), I nonetheless requested a hard copy prescription from him so that I could save about 40%. This doctor -- the new owner of the hospital -- actually wrote on the prescription the following: * U.S. Product Only.* I hope to be able to upload a copy of the prescription here, in his or his staff's handwriting when I can. Meanwhile, I am checking into whether a licensed New York professional can even impose this kind of restriction on a patient, even though the U.S. FDA has not chosen to do so. Besides all that, what incredible (and altogether ignorant) gall for him to actually think that we live in the kind of paternalistic society that entitles him to dictate to me that I must purchase a U.S. product! Thank goodness I can still purchase non-U.S. cars, computers, watches, etc. Not that I don't value American-made products. I do and likely wouldn't dare give my pooch Chinese medicine (pardon the pun). But, his "prescription" would effectively mean that I also couldn't purchase from the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, the EU, and so on. I suppose his brilliance led him to conclude that no other country besides the U.S. can make safe medicines. Wonder which class in Medical School taught him that. Who in the world told this doctor that it was his place to "prescribe" American-made pharmaceuticals? Again, Trumpism in its most disturbing form.
Best prices in town as far as I can tell. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I didn't wait long at all. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Very quick in & out- unlike other places where I have to put aside 2 hours for a 15 minutes exam (ugh!). Glad I found these wonderful people!!!
I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.
