I have been bringing my pets to this veterinary practice since we moved to Warren 22 years ago. I began seeing Dr. Dan Greybeck at that time and then his daughter, Dr. Donna when she joined him in the practice. Dr. Donna Greybeck is as kind, compassionate and thorough as her Dad and she has given my pets the most comprehensive service at very reasonable cost. She goes above and beyond in communicating with pet parents, even emailing them test results promptly and patiently answering any and all questions patiently. My pets love her bedside manner and always respond favorably to her and Mark when they are examining them and giving them vaccinations. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Greybeck without reservation.

Excellent service! We have been going here for 13 years! Dr. Greybeck has the most wonderful demeanor with animals! She really knows her stuff! No matter what I brought my dog in for, she was quick to treat her! The rest of the staff is great as well! I would and have recommended this vet to many people!

Writing this while on hold ,again by rude office staff.
Dr, Greybeck is a fine, competent vet, if you can make it through
the rude, abrupt condescending treatment you will receive from her
staff!. Have been going there for over 15 years, the staff just becomes
more offensive with time.

The vet is very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for, however getting appointments can be difficult because there is only one vet. The office was well organized and clean. One area of improvement is the way telephone calls are handled. You frequently are put on hold for long periods of time and they always sound annoyed or aggravated. The vet has a good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams.

My husband and I were looking forward to going to this vet since we had heard really great things about Dr. Donna Greybek. Called to schedule an appointment and was immediately disappointed with the extremely rude woman with whom I was trying to schedule an appointment with. We were trying to schedule a check-up visit for one of my dogs who was recently sick. He is completely better now but the vet we had taken him to recommended a follow-up. The diagnosis of what had actually caused our dog to be sick was dependent on us getting a blood test done. He is completely back to his normal self but thought we'd do a check-up anyways since he is due for some shots. The lady at the front never scheduled an appointment but said that she would call me back and asked for my availability. I told her I was available all day Friday (I called on a Monday) and on Thursday morning I called since no one ever called me back. She looked for me in the system, couldn't find the information and then said the vet told her we should just take him back to our vet. Apparently this is an exclusive vet hospital and they don't want new patients. Don't recommend it at all.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.
