If you want to be charged $700+ and get nothing in return you have to visit this clinic. I came here with my dog that had a bad tooth which most likely needed to be extracted. They position themselves as specialists in many areas including the animal dentistry. It is said on their web site: Cleaning and Extractions, Oral Surgery. They put the dog under the anesthesia , did X-rays, called me and said that they don’t have necessary equipment to do the dental work right, and if I don’t want them to accidentally crack the dog’s jaw, I had to go to another clinic. Then they charged me $780 and as you see nothing was done. It is not counting other tests which might or might not be necessary. In another clinic everything was done clean and quick.

I left the hospital in tears with receptionist Lydia Ortiz mocking me with: "Have a nice day." Three weeks earlier I had been told: "If he loses more weight, we have to talk about cancer." I arrived for the follow-up 10 minutes early with a cat who had been fasting and had not taken his meds, as instructed. I was not called in advance or told when I checked in that they were running more than an hour behind. I was not told until I complained. I said I wanted to speak with an office manager, I said I would be going to online reviews, I asked for a discount on his meds. I was told by Ms. Ortiz they don't give discounts to rude people. I started to cry in frustration and fear that I would not be able to see a doctor. I was told she doesn't deal with rude people, that wasn't her job. Apparently, dealing with upset patients is also not part of a job description. They agreed to weigh him and test his blood, but I was made to wait in the waiting room, even though I asked to go in a room so I would not be crying in front of people. Turns out my tears were justified. Despite a regimen of meds, he had lost a pound -- or 10% of his body weight. Because I could not talk to a doctor or even the office manager, I do not know what is the next step. As I paid the bill, shaking and crying, Ms. Ortiz did not make eye contact or say a word to my face and waited till I turned to leave before giving me a farewell right out of "Mean Girls": "Have a nice day".

The staff and doctors are SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. They're so gentle with my girls but the wait time is crazy. Well worth it though to keep my little girls happy and healthy. Just plan your time accordingly. :)
