I have brought all my cats to this office since the early 80s. The staff has always been very compassionate and caring. I have had to euthanize 3 cats over the years and it was always done with empathy and sincere compassion. I was able to hold my cats as they were put down and this meant a lot to me. Dr Frame always took time afterward to talk to me and remember stories of the animal's lives. I went to another vet just once and came back to this office.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility
