I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called when they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I trust Dr. Tomlinson and her staff with my critters!!!
