Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

I've been going to South Willow Animal Hospital since I took over the care for my pets so since I've been around (ok I don't remember exact age but its been forever) 12-16 (I'm now 27).

I've had 2 cats euthanize there (both older cats) and their compassion and support during those times in my life were just incredible. One of my cats was euthanize while I was away in vet school and talking to the vet as an equal (for me) helped me so much in coping with the loss. Also when I came home for Christmas break I was able to see my understand my cats Radiographs (honestly it was a teaching experience for me).

I highly and completely recommend this practice to all friends and family even if its not the closest to them. Their techs and doctors are amazing and so compassionate its amazing.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already recommended this office to other pet owners! I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. Just a wonderful place for my pet and I know my pet will get the best treatment possible for appropriate prices.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
