This vet clinic has been our vet for 6 years taking care of 7 dogs. We are absolute dog lovers who have older, adopted dogs. We have been unfortunate enough to have had to put down 5 dogs. Up until this last one, they have always been very caring and sympathetic. We recently had to put down a 165 lb Great Dane who was 9 years old. A birth defect and age had rendered him completely blind. We just got our bill from the clinic this week and they, for the first time, charged us $100 for "Witnessed Euthanasia" Seriously! We chose to be with our loved one when it happened, and they charged us money. Apparently, if you just drop your dog off and leave, it's cheaper. We are now getting a new Vet.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
