I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Compared to other veterinarians in the area their pricing didn't seem too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth either.
Very snotty attitude, did not like answering questions. Smelly upon entry.
