They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
