I am writing this review with the greatest appreciation for everyone at Brown Creek. Dr. Wright, his associates and staff have taken care of my pets since the days their doors opened. I have always been treated with kindness and in the upmost professional manner. Recently, I was faced with one of the hardest decisions in a long time.........having to put down my beloved bulldog, Brody. He was truly......."man's best friend.". Everyone at Brown Creek helped me through the sadness and pain of losing Brody and I will be forever grateful.

The absolute worst Veterinary Hospital I have ever had the misfortune to enter. The .woman at the reception desk was anything but receptive! She was a b**ch! She was not helpful and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It was a Saturday, first come first serve kinda deal. I called ahead of time and told my pet would be seen if I ARRIVED BY10:30am. I arrive at 10:25am but was 3rd in line. I broke the sound barrier to get there by 10:30am and because it was 10:36 by the time I got to the desk she said they had to charge me the emergency rate of $95.00!! Are you kidding me? My dog had ear mites! A 3 minute office visit at most! It would have been real helpful on the phone to be told being in line doesn't count, that I had to be speaking to the slack jawed yocal behind the desk by 10:30am!! I told her I WAS HERE AT 10:30am! She goes out back to speak to the Dr., comes back, "she said she will see your dog but it will be $95.00". It was all I could do to walk away without making a huge scene, she is lucky I was brought up to be polite! I am sticking with my Vet. in Indian Trail, the receptionists are NEVER rude and the Dr.'s actually care more about the animals!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No. It took me several times to get through.

Yes! It was effortless!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Yes! It was very unprofessional!
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Not at all, they seemed completely incompetent and unable to perform even the most basic procedures
