They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It wasn't really loud in their office but my experience was stressful.
They need to move to a cleaner location. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They were not friendly to my pet at all. They were cold and seemed to really scare my poor furry friend. The place is very dirty and my pet got infection.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Whenever I visited their office, it seemed to need cleaning a bit. . They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
