I can't say enough wonderful things about these people. They treated us with such kindness and empathy when we brought our cat in to help him on his way across the rainbow bridge. Thank goodness for them working on weekends!

Unfortunately, this practice was more concerned with obtaining all monies up front instead of treating my beloved pet! They put my girl in the oxygen crate for an hour and did nothing else for her. They provided an estimate for her treatment and when I told them I didn’t have that kind of money right this minute, they asked me to sign a refusal to treat form. Meanwhile my baby continued to worsen (respiratory distress) and died about 2 hrs later. Money could have been obtained later, my dog is gone due to their concern over money! Once my girl died, they were very kind to provide us a blanket, box and clay footprints. A little too late. I just needed them to help my dog and they did not! Would not recommend this place unless you have an unlimited stash of money in your purse.

After sustaining a head and neck injury earlier in the week, and then having a seizure, I had to take my 11mo old pup to Cabarrus Emergency Vet for overnight observation. Shortly after checking him in and paying the deposit, I made it clear to the vet tech that he did not do well with chocker leashes. She assured me she would take it easy with him, and made it about 10ft away from me when my pup sat down and looked back at me. At this time the tech pulled on the leash to get him to the kennel. Even after he yelped, she actually asked the other tech to "push him, it's only a few more feet". With a dog that has a bad neck injury and after being advised not to use a choker leash, she still pulled at my dog after he resisted. I walked to the back room to stop her as the other vet tech picked him up and carried him to his kennel. Not a very comforting sight to see before leaving him for the first time. We have made sure management knows of the incident and hopefully it gets resolved.

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

No, there was absolutely no grass or bushes anywhere in sight

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Yes, but they took full blame and discovered the real problem shortly after

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
