Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
