Under new ownership. I have been a customer of Redwood Animal Hospital for years, It used to be a place you could trust and afford. Now they run unneeded tests and charge out of the ying yang! I will be looking for a new vet.

Staff are always pleasant to deal with and responsive to inquiries. Dr. is great with patient s ans gentle with them. Tech are great. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their pet and needs their services.

I am so disappointed in the result I received from a telephone conversation I had with the person that answered the phone when I called Redwood Animal Hospital yesterday. My little cat that I took to Redwood when she was only six week old became very sick this week. She is now 17 years old and I loved her dearly. I called the Redwood office, described her symptons and asked if they could put her to sleep, I knew she was suffering and at her old age felt this is what should be done. The person on the phone stated 2 drs. were out and they did not have time to help me that day or the next. I feel this was very inhumane and lacked compassion for me and my cat. I will never take a pet there again.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. This veterinarian is so thoughtful when it comes to keeping owners fully informed on their pets condition and making follow-up calls exactly when promised. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service.
