I own several dogs and cats. I've taken my critters to this clinic since 1994. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendly, compassionate people! When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care they always called with follow-ups. They often called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless. I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. You can be sure they'll take the best care of your dogs and cats.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what the kitten had been through. They let a kitten who had been hit by a car suffer. With the kitten not able to walk/stand, pooping and peeing on itself and eyes being dilated the head vet said, "oh this kitten is NOT on death's doorstep. No, we can keep her and observe her to see if she gets better." The lousy tech said that she was going to "perk up." The kitten needed to be put to sleep, which is WHY I brought her there to end her suffering. They didn't believe she was suffering ENOUGH!!! (as per the lousy tech and lousy vet)
Took the kitten with me since I couldn't let them sit there and watch her die. God led me to another more competent vet. Good thing too because the second vet noticed the blood in her mouth. Then the kitten started crying. The couldn't find a vein because she was so weak and had so much trauma. This second vet knew and did the right thing by letting her go.
Archdale Animal Clinic is the most uncaring place I have ever been to. He cares more about getting sued (I don't want to put it down because if this is someone's cat, I could get in trouble." So, his money is worth more than any animal will ever be. A vet should be capable of making a humane judgement call. This kitten was never going to get better and they knew it. Shame on them!

There was no caring from anyone at this clinic. Even the front desk staff didn't care. Stay away from this hell on earth!
