Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Absolutely! I can always count on them

I've never had to wait to get an appointment. Dr. McGrath saved my pup's life treating her with an inexpensive antibiotic after other vets charged me hundreds of dollars and almost let her die.

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. My time spent at this office was such a waste of time. They were unable to perform even the most basic procedures and the staff was completely incompetent. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited.
