Dr Rouse is no longer affiliated with this clinic, he has retired several years ago. It is now owned by the owners of the Talburt Animal health center in West Plains.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

Yes, my pet seemed to really like him/her

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
