Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
