They are very caring and compassionate. In fact they were sooo nice to the dog it was taking too much time. That would be the only negative if you consider that negative. But if on a time crunch you may just want to mention that.

Dr. Sara and her staff are so warm and caring when it comes to your pet. They provide wonderful care and education. You feel so welcomed by everyone there including the office pets.
Dr. Sara is thorough when it comes to investigating an issue your pet has, whether it is a lump, ear issues, or just an exam...you are well informed and engaged throughout the process.
I can't say enough about Northwest Animal Hopsital and how great they are with my pets. Thank you!!!

Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
