My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The Dr. is very kind and has a genuine love for animals that the animals can sense.. my dog loves him. I feel he cares about your situation and the animals well-fair more than making money. Vets are expensive but it is nice to know that you are truly being taken care of and your vet actually has you and your pets best interest at heart when you pay your bill, that is the comfort I have at Fawn River when I pay my bill.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust.
