If you are looking for someone to care about your pet as much as you do, this may not be the place for you.A fine clinic, UNLESS YOU NEED THEM! A satisfied customer for four plus years until Friday morning. Our 12 yr old Weim developed a problem that rendered his hind legs useless and had a temp of 105.1. Called 40 min before the office opened and was told that they could not see him until possibly 2 PM but probably closer to 4. When I asked what I was supposed to do, I was told " you could try another clinic". Thank you very much, that is EXACTLY what we have done. Consider before you choose this clinic. We will not be back.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes everything was neat and sterile

This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

This vet was suggested to me by a woman that is on our animal shelter board as a great vet with compassion that was reasonably priced, which they use. Bear in mind we are an hour plus away. They were suggested because our local vet was uncomfortable removing an extremely large tumor from our dog. We gave up until the recommendation. I informed them of our circumstances, and we wanted a consultation and second opinion. Our situation was dire, as some of the skin was necrotic. The vet looked at it...got on the floor with our dog, examining and assessing. Surgery was decided, but his surgery day was full....but he offered to do it that afternoon! Let me say that the surgery was a success. 16 stitches, and it looks Fabulous. How many vets/people would do that...we aren't even their clients. They saved his life and I am forever grateful.

They were very caring and compassionate when my kitty Max did not make it. They made several attempts to contact me so I could be with him at the end and held on to him until we could decide what we wanted to do with Max when the time came.

Close to Murders!
this place is practically a pet death trap!!!! Please if you love your pets at all do not go to this vet!!!! He let my baby suffer for hours rather than tell me that there was any other place to go for a blood transfusion besides MSU. It turns out there are several local places that do it. This vet let my baby suffer for no reason!!!!!!! Please do not go to this practical DR. Death of pets!!!!!!!!!
