This staff I interacted with at this office was very inconsiderate, verging on over-the-top unhelpful and rude. Totally lacking sensitivity, in my experience. I would never visit this place again and I would urge those who are dealing with a difficult pet-related situation to avoid this office as well. There are plenty of other local vets that are kinder and more helpful.
