Dr Schueler and his staff helped my dog when it seemed nobody else would or could. Dr Schueler was the 8th vet I took my pug, Mattie, to see. Dr Schueler found her issue immediately and addressed it. He treated MATTIE, not just her symptoms. The 7 other vets ran tests and took my money. As it turned out Mattie had a middle ear infection and fluid causing her vertigo and balance issues, not to mention horrible pain. When Dr Shcueler reviewed the MRI I brought with me from the previous vet he asked me why they hadn't drained the fluid off her ears? To make a long story short, he sedated her, drained the fluid, and put her on a different antibiotic than she had been on previously (as it was doing nothing to help her) and she recovered. I was thinking before I took her to Dr Schueler she was terminal and I was going to have to put her down. Thanks to Dr Schueler and his treatment of Mattie she is still with me. I highly recommend this doctor and his office staff. Go directly to see him and don't waste your money and your dog's health with anybody else!

I thought their pricing was very fair. I had been to other places but did have the benefit of checking a customary pricing list from my pet insurance company. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. . They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is the safety and comfort of my dog, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
