The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not have to wait long after my scheduled appointment. They encouraged me to switch my cats food to the food they sold, but there was no excessive pressure to do so and was open to helping me figure out the portion size to the food of my choice.

they made time to see my cat on short notice and I didn't have to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. However, they definitely push treatment and services which were probably not necessary, at least in this case- stool sample (unusually expensive), xray, blood draws. In short, I had a 14 y.o. cat with a cold, but I ended up paying nearly $400 by feeling guilty about possibly being a negligent pet owner.
My own fault, but just disgraceful business methods.
