I have and explained that my old dog who is anywhere from a day to a couple of weeks tops to live could use some Pain pills that they have given her rather regularly .They said no unless you bring her in and we can do some bloodwork.The dog has been treated there for more than 10 years. I only wanna give her some comfort. They refuse unless. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have found an emaciated cat that is just about at death's door , she looks about 19 years old .I understand her owner died and no one wants her , she want eat ,just drinks water & vomits and has no control of her bowels . My heart breaks for this poor old thing , See needs to be put down , the relatives of the owner took her to a vet ..they said no need to do testing shes to old ....What i want to know is do you put down animals ...This poor thing is really bad off , and i have 3 other rescues cats ---another 19 yr old 8 month old and 6 wk old ....please help me . I'm on disability and don't have much money if you can help by letting me make payments it would be great ....My friend brings Mr Gibbs there & i'll be bringing the kittens in to be fixed ....Please help this poor cat needs to go over the Rainbow Bridge ......

the best around! I have not found a better clinic in the greater Boston area! I think they have a couple more,I also visited the Medford office.The are great!!!

assistants pleasant and helpful. Female dr is rude and demeans people.I could say she is having personal problems but if so they have been going on for years.Certain checkups of hers are twice if not more contradicting others'practices,

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. HOWEVER, I am not impressed by their knowledge. They misdiagnosed my dog and he ended up dying 4 months later when it is possible he could have been treated when I first took him in there. I kept trying to tell them I thought something was really wrong but they kept assuring me it was NOT life-threatening at all but simple fatty tumors that should be removed at some point. I was told "YOU CAN SLEEP EASY". Really?????

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
