This facility has deteriorated over the years. The first couple if years that I used this facility for groomed I was satified. My cat's haircut was a little sloppy but I was glad that she had no medications and seemed happy. The last 3 times I have taken her she seemed visibly scared, shaking, and extremely withdrawn. She crouched in a corner and did not move. She did not try to attack at all, but was accused of being wild. When I asked the staff member to reach out to her, she croached in fear and never tried to attack. They have the animals and a back room that is closed off and no one can see what they are doing. It is a drop off and pick up facililty. I fear of what goes on back there all day.
